1. St Mary’s Caravan and Camping Club rallies are open to all members of St Mary’s Caravan and Camping Club and their guests.
2. The Rally Marshal is on site to ensure that the Rally runs smoothly. All reasonable requests made by the Rally Marshal must be complied with and he or she is there to help where they can.
3. Members who wish to arrive on site early, leave late or stay on the site for additional nights must seek permission via the Rally Marshal.
4. On rallies where space is limited the Rally Marshal has the right to site caravans and tents as they arrive. At the discretion of the Rally Marshal an adjacent pitch may be reserved at a member’s request.
5. The maximum speed limit on site for all vehicles including bicycles is 5mph.
6. On most sites members must store and take home their own rubbish. On sites where rubbish bins are provided check with the Rally Marshall before depositing your rubbish in the bins as they may not be for the use of Rally campers.
7. Children must be under strict parental control at all time when on site or at any Club social event.
8. Chemical toilets must not be filled or washed at the drinking water tap.
9. Members must avoid making noise after 10.30pm especially when there are young children who may be trying to sleep and when the site location is close to other campers or residents.
10. Generators are only permitted on site with the approval of the Rally Marshal and they may only be used at times specified by the Rally Marshal. If a generator is deemed to be causing a nuisance the owner will be requested to switch it off immediately.
11.Dogs are only permitted on site if they are in a member’s caravan or on a lead. Dogs must be kept under control at all times and they are not permitted to foul the site.
12. Ball games and kite flying is not permitted close to tents or caravans.
13. Smoking is not permitted in the Club Community tent or inside any toilet facility block which is provided for campers. Smoking is not permitted in any hall or premises which are used as part of a rally.
14. People attending any rally organised by St Mary’s Caravan and Camping Club do so at their own risk and the Club cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
